A complete refurbishment of this existing site was the first in Victoria for this client in their new branding and design. This site also incorporated a new food partner, Guzman Y Gomez. Building relationships with many new stakeholders and suppliers was undertaken to deliver a polished retail store on the corner of a very busy Melbourne intersection, whilst maintaining trading on the site during construction.
